Description
VMware Disk data is missing in monthly reports. Some data is being collected some are not on the Virtual Machine Disk Addition – Detail report.

Cause
VMWare tools were not running and up to date.
Found the errors in the VMware Agent logs –

Resolution
It is advised to make sure VMware tools is running and up to date on all virtual machines monitored by Foglight. Update the VMware tools to the latest version and check the report again.
