Error:  Could not load file or assembly 'System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll

or

'System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll' or one of its dependencies.  is not a valid Win32 application. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700C1) : Could not load file or assembly

This error is caused by a problem with the Microsoft .NET Framework, which is required by Diagnostic Server.

To resolve this error, Please try to "repair" the Microsoft .NET Framework.

To do this, follow these steps in Diagnostic Server machine:

1)            Open the Control Panel

2)            Click on Programs and Features, then click on Turn Windows features on or off

3)            In the list which appears, un-check the box labeled Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1, then click OK.

4)            If you are prompted to reboot your computer, do so.

5)            Follow steps 1 and 2 again to return to the same screen, then check the box labeled Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1.

6)            Click OK and reboot your computer if prompted.
