Error – “Unable to create copy template files to [My Reports] folder.” (4318858)

When a user is trying to access the Webreports you will see this Error – “Unable to create copy template files to [My Reports] folder.”

Permissions on the Users profile on the Webreports server are not working properly.
 

1. Navigate to C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\MessageStatsReports\Reports\_Users directory
2. Rename the users directory that is getting the error
3. Have the user access the reports again and they will be fine
4. If the user had any custom reports you can copy the .QRP files out of the old directory to the new directory and they will be able to access their custom reports.
