Unable to find the button to show the SQL Statement during Data Compare in Toad. The icon is located in the upper right corner of the comparison to show the SQL statement on each tab of the process, Source tab, Target tab and Differences tab.
In 13.1 the option to show SQL statement is no longer available, however it can be enabled manually, see more details in the workaround
Resolution

WORKAROUND
1. In Toad for Oracle | View menu | Options | General | Application Data Directory
2. Copy this path to the Clipboard
3. Close Toad for Oracle
4. In my case is : C:\Users\ [ your windows user ] \AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\13.1\User Files
5. Paste this path from the Clipboard into the Windows Explorer and
6.. Go to User files and edit Toad.ini
7. Search for DataCompare
8. Add this line: AdvancedMode=1
9. Save Toad.ini file
10. Open Toad for Oracle and try again
After saving the change and start Toad for Oracle again, it should look like this:
