How to search for a disabled Active Directory user that has explicit permission to a SharePoint site.
Resolution

Open the Security Explorer console and select the SharePoint module.

Select the Search menu and then select Add Search Scope.

Browse and select the SharePoint site to search.

Check the option to "Search for disabled accounts".

Select the tab called "Permision Search Criteria".

Uncheck the option for "Inherited Permissions".

Click the "Start Search" button.

The results will appear in the preview pane.
