How to use Forms Based Authentication cookie expiry settings within MNSP. (4317579)

The time stamp it obtained from the SharePoint HTTP response header.   MNSP will read the authentication cookie and then uses it for each request to the SharePoint site.  It is stored in memory and the MNSP will automatically refresh the expiry just before the job is run, if it falls within 30 minutes (by default). 

NOTE: We can also force the expiry to a set amount of time which can help with your time differences.

To set the cookie expiry time:

• Open Notes Designer
• Tools > Options
• Click the SharePoint tab
• Select the SharePoint link in the list
• Click settings (above the Add Button)

The refresh time and expiry time values should not exceed the expiry data from your ADFS.
