System.xml.xmlException Root element is missing -
Description
Currently running Toad for SQL Server, see details below. Each time I try to open the project manager I get this error message:
"System.xml.xmlException Root element is missing"
Cannot close it, simply locks up my computer and cannot run any current automation.
