NM: Error Message Migrating - Network operation did not complete in a reasonable amount of time; (4316751)

Issue

We are receiving this error in our migration log

Error: Error opening collection for folder: Drafts: Network operation did not complete in a reasonable amount of time; please retry

Error: NSFNoteOpen returned 'Network operation did not complete in a reasonable amount of time; please retry' opening view note

Solution

There is an issue with the Domino network connection. Please have your Domino administrator check the connection from your migration workers to the Domino server (Tracert). 

To prove this is a network issue, create a local replica of the user's mail file, and change the Notes Migrator person document to point to this local file.
Remove the back-end user record
Test the migration to a local PST file. If there is no error, then the issue is with the network connection.
