Scheduled backup fails with "Error creating zip file". -
Cause
- AD Object Backup Service account does not have proper permissions to the ActiveAdministrator share, ADBackups folder, or SQL.
- AD Object Backup Service account is hung.

Resolution
Resolution 1:
Restart the ActiveAdministrator AD Object Backup service.
Resolution 2:
Check the NTFS permissions on the ActiveAdministrator share to make sure the AD Object Backup service account has full control.
Note: The AD Object Backup service account needs to be a member of the Domain Admins group and the AA_Admin group.
