We are receiving 2 specific errors using the new client on our Windows 2008 R2 server environment.
First: We are seeing the WMI crash.
Second: We see a "SuperLoad" error. The system is falsely reporting a ~500% load. Included the specific errors below for reference.

For issue 1, Microsoft problem, they provided a hotfix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981314
For issue2, use the latest patch of bbnt.exe (4.40), attached file.
1. Stop the client
2. Go to the client bin directory
3. Backup the current bbnt.exe
4. Copy the new bbnt.exe
5. Restart the client
