Foglight Console Error: "HTTP Status 404 - /console/ - The Requested resource (/console/) is not (4316006)

After upgrading Foglight, the following error is shown within the browser window when navigating to http://<myFMS>:8080

HTTP Status 404 - /console/
Type: Status report
Message: /console/
Description: The Requested resource (/console/) is not available

Within the Management Server log file, the following can be seen:

org.jboss.deployment.DeploymentException: URL file:/D:/Quest_Software/Foglight/server/default/deploy-foglight/console.war/ deployment failed

It is possible that the console.war was corrupted during the upgrade process. In order to resolve this issue, please carry out the following:

1. Make a copy of the existing console.war file and rename it, for example: console.war.old

2. Move the console.war.old out of the "/Quest_Software/Foglight/server/default/deploy-foglight/" directory into another directory (a directory that is outside of the Foglight installation directory structure)

3. Copy a console.war archive from a working Foglight environment into "/Quest_Software/Foglight/server/default/deploy-foglight directory/"

4. Ensure that this is the only console.war archive within "/Quest_Software/Foglight/server/default/deploy-foglight/" as having multiple console.war archives in the same directory can cause the issue to persist

5. Restart the Foglight Management Server and navigate to http://<myFMS>:8080.
