Database Health Check sending email with different account (4315843)

I am able to send the email when I logged as myself. I requested internally at my company to create another user to run db health checks on all the databases. The reason for this is that my password expires every 3 months and then I need to change the password in all the health checks every 3 months, so I requested that the password for this user should never expires. Manually from Toad works, send the report, but when I use automation, takes a long time and never send the report.
