NM: Cannot save or refresh migration profiles (4315355)

Issue

An error is reported in the Notes client status bar when trying to save a new migration profile or refresh existing migration profiles.

Error reported:
GetAllCMTSettings Error: 200 : Attempt to access uninitialized dynamic array at line 13
or
GetAllCMTSettings Error: 400 : Attempt to access uninitialized dynamic array at line 14
No migration profiles found.

Cause

This can be caused if the Controller server name cannot be correctly resolved by the Lotus Notes process when saving or updating the migration profiles.
or
ASP.Net is not configured on the Migration Controller

Solution

To resolve this issue, open the Settings document and enter the Controller server IP address in the "CMT Migration Server" field on the Required Settings - Additional tab and save the update.
Confirm that IIS (World Wide Web Publishing Service) is started and running on the Controller machine, a restart would be recommended.
Confirm ASP.Net is configured for IIS.
Confirm that the Cmt_XmlServer is accessible through a browser using the server IP address (eg http://192.168.1.5/cmt_xmlserver).
Confirm that the requirements for the Controller have been installed on the machine, these can be checked in the CMT for Exchange Requirements.pdf that is available for download with the software installation media.
After completing the above, go to Configuration - Migration Profiles view and click to Refresh Profiles.
The system will then query the cmt_xmlserver using the IP address which will be shown in the Notes status bar (e.g. http://192.168.1.5/cmt_xmlserver).
Once complete, continue to create the new required profiles.
