Some columns are not getting created correctly at destination and metadata blank -
Description
If an original out-of-the-box column has been deleted and re-created with a different internal name, and then changed the display name back to the original out of the box column then you can expect the original out-of-the-box column to be re-created in the Target without any metadata associated with it. -
Cause
When creating the Site, List, or Library, it is not taking in account for that it had been deleted, re-created with a different internal name and then edited to change the Display name back to the original. This causes issues and essentially considered bad SharePoint practice. -
Resolution
To fix this issue is to perform Column Mapping, and will have to be done at the List / Library level when performing a "Paste List Content" --> "All List Items and Folders..." paste action. Steps below.
1) Copy the affected List / Library from the Source
2) Perform a "Paste List Content" --> "All List Items and Folders..."
3) In the Configuration Options, select "Mapping Options" tab and toggle the button for "Map List Item data to different columns" and select the ellipsis to the right of it.
4) Select the columns that are affected by the issue to map, to note the left columns are from the Source and the Right columns are from the Target
