Unable to create a Workflow in the vmExplorer VM Administration (automation) dashboard -
Description
Within vmExplorer | Virtual Machine | Administration (Automation) dashboard, it is not possible to create a workflow. Also, no default workflows exist. Within the Foglight Management Server logs, the following can be seen:
Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: WCFResource system:vcontrol_workflowviews_workflow20management:wcf.xml not found.
Within the Foglight Management Server Performance Report (can be obtained via a FMS Support Bundle), it states the following:
Automation-Core 5.6.3 5.6.3-201201100236-b68 false PARTIAL_ACTIVATION
What can be done to resolve this?

Resolution
To resolve this issue, carry out the following steps:
- Disable the Automation-Core cartridge
- Re-enable the Automation-Core cartridge
