Encountered error with hubproxy.exe during first launch of Toad Data Point 4.0 after upgrade -
Description
After upgrading Toad Data Point (TDP) from version 3.8 to 4.0. During the first launch of TDP, encountered an error with hubproxy.exe as shown below.

Cause
As what the error message "The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer" suggests, a dependency is not available. Likely the Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 runtime redistributable is not (correctly) installed.

Resolution
WORKAROUND :
Manually download and install the VS2015 runtime from Microsoft, for both 64 and 32-bit visual studio redistributable.
