Can't see Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 etc. groups to make a connection
Description

When trying to make a new connection to an Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase or MySQL database I do not see these groups. I only see Access, Excel and ODBC. Why?
Cause

Installed the Freeware version instead of the Trial or Commercial version of Toad for Data Analysts.
Resolution

Uninstall the Freeware version using Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs
