A prerequisite for installing version 5.8 is .NET 4.0 Framework. The Toad installer is prompting for this to be installed but the PC does not have access to the internet.
Download on another PC that has access to the internet using the following link and save to a flash drive
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
This can then be used to install .NET 4.0 on PCs without access to the internet.
