Error "ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" when starting up -
Description
Installed the repository into schema name 'TOAD'. When launching Code Tester and logging in as another user, getting the following exception error:
exception message : ORA-00942: table or view does not exist ORA-06512: at "TOAD.QU_HARNESS_XP", line 4355 ORA-06512: at line 3.

Cause
Option 'Create Public Synonyms after installation' was not selected when installing the repository into schema 'TOAD'

Resolution
To create the necessary public synonyms:
1. Start | All Programs | Quest Software | Quest Code Tester for Oracle | Administration | Repository Manager | select 'Provide Instance-wide Access to repository Manager | Next
2. Enter the Schema name, password & database where the repository is installed | Next
