Issue
We sent the "decrypt" notification to our users, and few of users do not see a "decrypt" button. Why can't they see this button in their Notes mail?
Solution
Look at the email your user received. Bring up the document properties.
Is there a $mimetrack field? If so, then it came in as MIME, and you need to contact your Domino Administrator.
Perform the following test
From the migration control center, open the Message Template in Notes Migrator
Copy the decrypt button
Paste the button into a Notes email memo.
Send this memo to the user from the migration control center.
Do they receive the button?
If no, contact your Domino administrator
If you cannot get this to work, you can Insert the message directly into the Notes mail file
Select Mail File Migration
Select the '5. Advanced' View
Select the user
Click "User Migration Actions - Insert Migration Message into Selected User(s) Inbox"
Select the decrypt Message Template.
The button should display properly for this user.
