NM: Error reported by worker if Visual C++ runtime is not installed (4311981)

Issue

After the Notes Migrator CMTe migration worker is installed the below error is reported on start up.

Error: The program can't start because mfc120u.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. 

Solution

The Visual C++ (x86) installation that contains the mfc120u library has not been completed before starting the worker application.

Refer to the Requirements Guide for the Migration Workstation general requirements to verify the software needed for the process. For the CMTe 3.8.x to 5.0.x versions, install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 runtime (x86).
Additionally verify the other requirements from the guide such as Outlook and Notes have been completed and run a repair of the Outlook installation.

Note: As of CMT for Exchange 3.8 the workstation requirements are not automatically deployed to allow for silently installed network roll-outs of the workers. This is due to most corporate policies which prevent the installation of 3rd party applications.
