In older versions of Toad, it was possible to use a file to load the columns when creating a table. Where is the 'Load Cols from File' button now? -
Resolution
Check the 'Display advanced features' box to enable the 'Load Cols from File' button
From version 13.2 the 'Load columns from file is located under 'Column Definitions':
