Title
OK button is disabled when logging into GIT repository. -
Description
Set up source control for initialized local GIT repository, within Toad. When attempting to log in to the repository, the "OK" button is disabled. -
Cause
The settings for the GIT command line client should have been pointing to GIT.EXE but another exe had been selected in error. -
Resolution
Ensure that the View | Toad Options | Source Control | Default VCS | Settings | GIT Client is pointing to 'GIT.exe'. If the GIT client is not mentioned in PATH, then ensure that the full location is stated e.g "C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\bin\git.exe" or C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\cmd\git.exe
If it's already pointed to 'GIT.exe', but it's still not working, re-enter the 'full' path i.e. navigate to the GIT install directory an put in the 'full' path.

Additional Information
Another possible reason for the OK button not being enabled is that the Repository Folder selected in the Login has not been initialized for GIT i.e. Git init
