When attempting to add CRS agents to monitoring in Foglight the following error appears in the Foglight console Oracle installerWrong CRS alert log path specified, or missing permissions to read the log file

Multiple instance paths were installed on the Oracle server.

Incorrect CRS_HOME is used -

Resolution 1
Run the following commands on the Oracle
Command 1BASE=$(adrci exec="show base" | awk '{gsub("\"","",$0); print $NF}')Command 2CRS=$(adrci exec="show homes" | grep crs)Command 3echo $BASECommand 4echo $CRSCommand 5echo $BASE/$CRS/trace/alert.logThe output from Commands 1 through 4 should have only one line each and should not have a space in the output (unless a space is included into the actual path on the server)The output from Command 5 should be a path that can be found on the server.If any the path in the output after Command 5 cannot be found, review the outputs from the first four commands and correct the installation on the Oracle server.Resolution 2
When creating the CRS agent confirm that the correct CRS_HOME location is used instead of the ORACLE_HOME. Often this will be in this location
