Can I collect against Exchange clusters with MessageStats? (4309715)

Will MessageStats be successful when gathering information from Exchange Clusters? Will the fail over of the cluster affect the collections due to the tracking file changing to a different physical node?

MessageStats will work successfully against Exchange running on a cluster.

Assuming a two node Active-Active cluster, each virtual server will expose a share called ServerName.log. If one of the physical nodes goes into fail over, the cluster will still expose the same share name, but it will be implemented on a different physical device. The calling applications (i.e. MessageStats) will not see any difference.

MessageStats does not need to do anything to handle a cluster in fail over.
