FglAM support bundle generation has wrong name
Description

Foglight Agent Manager support bundle generation has wrong name and messages are written to the screen in the dialog box with the name format including fglam.canonical.name
For example
supportbundle-@fglam.canonical.name@-FMSNAME-YYYY-MM-DDTHH-MM-SS
Cause

An support-bundle.sh file was located in the bin folder on the FglAM server.
Resolution

Replace the older support-bundle.sh folder with a current version of the file.
