If connectivity from the Active Administrator server to the SQL server has already been confirmed then it could be due to the SQL server being case sensitive. For more information on changing the SQL Server Collation, please see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/collations/set-or-change-the-server-collation . Please note, this is a change made to the SQL server and not a change made to the Active Administrator database, please proceed with caution before making this change.
Active Active Administrator requires the default collation for the audit database. In SQL Server, collation refers to a set of rules that determine how data is sorted and compared. Active Administrator supports only the default collation and sort order configurations for the audit database.
