How to undock/dock/move panes to the side of the main Toad layout. -

How can a window be docked/moved to the side of the main Toad layout?
There are some panels in Toad, like SQL Recall, Object Palette, Output, etc that can be opened. Can the position of these panels be changed? If it's a floating window, how can it docked to the side?
