Proxy address for the browser does not get set correctly (4307892)

The browser proxy address does not get set properly.  

"The parameter is incorrect" may also be found.

This may be caused by an invalid exception to bypass the proxy address.

An example of an invalid exception is:

192.168.11.0/24

The SLTraceLogonCC.log file shows:

Exception caught during WriteINI, Error: 87Win32 ErrMsg: The parameter is incorrect. Stack: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The parameter is incorrect at ScriptLogic.ClientConfiguration.Proxies.SetProxy()

The Exception syntax needs to be set as:

192.168.11.*

You may also want to remove all proxy exceptions from the element, and start adding them in and testing them out little by little.
