Description
Using Enterprise User Security (EUS) or Active Directory (AD) account. Unable or cannot log in with AD username / password. Other machines work fine, except for one user's machine.
The user's machine having the issue is on a lower version of the Oracle Client software.
Resolution
Ensure you are using Oracle Client 12c R2 (12.2.0.1.0) or higher.
