Oracle agent query against dba_data_files and dba_temp_files affects host performance (4307278)

It seems that the SQL statement executed by the Foglight Oracle database agent against dba_data_files and dba_temp_files on the host takes a long time to run.

The Datafile Storage collection process is affecting performance on one Oracle instance. 

1. Navigate to the Databases dashboard
2. Enable the checkbox for the Oracle database agent(s) and click the Administer Agents button or select Settings | Administration from the Database Dashboard.
3. Select Collections
4. Highlight the "Tablespaces Storage" and click the Edit button
5. Adjust the collection frequencies or disable/enable the collection 
6. Click the Save Changes button
7. Restart the database agent for the new collection frequency to come into effect.
