Description
In Schema Browser I try to Alter a User but the window flashes and then disappears

Cause
Alter User window had been opened in an external monitor which was then disconnected. Since the window location settings were stored, the window was opening outside the main monitor.

Resolution
<ALT><SPACE>M and use arrow keys to pull the window back to main monitor.
