Attempting to scan SharePoint topology 'Object already exists.' Unhandled Exception is received and Client crashes. (4306630)

When creating a template to audit a SharePoint farm,  the client crashes after attempting to scan the SharePoint topology. The Unhandled Exception ' Object already exists' is received. Clicking OK the Client crashes.

Run the Change Auditor Client as administrator to be able to log the resulting errors in the Change Auditor Client log.

Using the same credentials then produces the following error in the Client log:

Credentials being used do not have full access to all SharePoint sites and read permissions on all SharePoint SQL databases.

WORKAROUND

Verify that the user account being used to access the SharePoint farm has full access to all SharePoint sites and read permissions on all SharePoint SQL databases. (Change Auditor agent credentials entered in the SharePoint Auditing wizard.) IE the SharePoint Farm administrator account.
