Error: SQL*Loader-00101: Invalid argument for username/password. -
Description
While trying to execute the SQL Loader from Toad, the user gets an error SQL*Loader-00101: Invalid argument for username/password. Connection through Toad works fine. Connecting directly through SQLLDR.EXE also gets the same error.

Cause
User is direct connecting to the database. SQL Loader may not work with the direct connect function in Toad.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
When connecting to the database use the TNSNAMES or LDAP connection methods.
