sp_cnc process is a child process sp_cop that executes the user commands from the sp_ctrl prompt. Any issues with this process results in replication failure.
"System call error: Resource unavailable; try again fork failed" error is usually related to an issue with system resources. Look for any hung semaphore or shared memory.
Remove hung semaphore or shared memory if any. To do this, Shutdown Shareplex, kill any hung processes and restart nutcraker.
To restart Nutcraker, stop all shareplex processes, go to the control panel, double click on Configure MKS Toolkit, click on the Manage services tab and then press the restart button.
Also check for the Max Memory setting of the Global Resources.
Look for it under Control panel, Configure MKS Toolkit, Runtime Settings tab, Category Miscellaneous settings. Shareplex recommended setting is 67108864.
