Description
Error received when launching Quest Script Runner (QSR) within Toad for Oracle:
"Toad Script Runner is Expired". -
Cause
Toad is looking for trial license key.

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1:
1. Replace the existing QSR.exe file with the QSR.exe file attached to this solution.
2. Close Toad and locate QSAuthorize11.key and QSAuth11.key files, by default this file is located in the "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle" directory. If QSAuthorize11.key file exists, only rename this file. Otherwise, rename QSAuth11.key file.
3. Restart Toad and re-enter the license information.RESOLUTION 2:
1. Close Toad
2. Select Start | Run
3. Copy/Paste and run the following command:
regsvr32 /u QuestLicenseManager.dll -
