When inspecting the array management tools, there doesn't appear to be any latency.

Cause
For EMC, a review of the Nar file showed some interesting results. For arrays with a small number of operations, have may record inaccurate duration in seconds, it has been seen before for the "Solutions Enabler". This does not happen for a larger number of operations, where the time is more accurate and does not produce false positives. -
Resolution
For quieter EMC arrays perform the following
Navigation Panel| Dashboards| Administration| Agents| Agent Status
- Locate the EMC agent and edit properties
- Increase the "Min Ops for LUN Latency" from zero (0) to 10 or 20 Operations
This will increase the minimum requirement of operations for LUN Latency gathering.
