Error accessing SQL Optimizer: "ORA-13616: The current user <user_name> has not been grante
Description

When I access SQL optimizer, I get the following error:
"ORA-13616: The current user <user_name> has not been granted the ADVISOR privilege."
Resolution

The "Advisor" privilege needs to be granted to your Oracle User. Contact an Oracle DBA to grant your Oracle user the "Advisor" privilege.
Additional Information

Per Oracle:
ORA-13616: The current user <string> has not been granted the ADVISOR privilege.
Cause: The user attempted an advisor operation that requires privilege.
Action: Adjust the user's privileges and retry the operation.
