Does MessageStats Report Pack for BlackBerry support SQL authentication?

Resolution
The BlackBerry Report Pack connects to the BlackBerry configuration database using Windows Authentication. SQL authentication is not supported.
The Windows account that is used to authenticate the connection is the user account under which the gathering tasks are executed (i.e. the MessageStats service account), not the account under which the MessageStats console is running (i.e. the logged on user). -
Additional Information
In order to gather the necessary data from the BlackBerry configuration database the MessageStats service account must be granted read-only access to the database. This is done by adding the MessageStats service account to the configuration database's rim_db_admin_audit_sr_helpdesk database role.
Accounts can be added to the rim_db_admin_audit_sr_helpdesk role either through the BlackBerry Manager application on one of the BES servers or with the SQL Server database management tool on the SQL Server hosting the configuration database.
