The following warning message appears when initializing the Debugger:
"Program has not been compiled with debug information" -
Resolution
From Session menu on the main menu toolbar select "Include Debug Info".

Additional Information
Per the developers:
This work flow has been improved in SQL Navigator 6.2. In 6.1, if the object has not been compiled with debug information, there is only a prompt to notice the user and the user will have to find the "Include Debug Info" button themselves. In 6.2, instead of just a notice that the object has not been compiled with debug information, it will also give the user the option to compile with debug information, so it's more intuitive.
