WORKAROUND 1
Go to Schema Browser | Tables Tab | press and hold the Ctrl Key | click on the table names you want to export so they will be highlighted | click the "Export Data" Icon (4th icon) -OR- right-click one of the tables you highlighted and choose Export Data or Save As | complete or fill-out the Save Table / View Contents screen. After you are done, you will end up with one file per table.
WORKAROUND 2
Go to Database Menu | Export | Export Utility Wizard | choose "Export Tables" | and then follow the wizard to complete the export. This kind of export will create .DAT, .LOG, and .DMP files after you are finished.
