Issue:

As a standard, the date format is extracted in MM/DD/YYYY format HH:MM:SS (ex: 06/19/2013 00:00:00) which seems to be a USA format.
This does not allow Excel to recognize the column as a date. User is therefore obliged to convert the values to EUR dates (DD/MM/YYYY).

To do this, the user must use a Data Formatting Date

But as soon as the user uses this type of conversion and whatever the chosen source format (USA, EUR or UTC), they get a "Premature end of file" error when they test their export.

Resolution:

in order to fix the problem, please replace file:

C:\ProgramData\erwinCollector\library\Format Date and Numbers\formatDate.xsl

with attached one.
