Symptoms:

There are two things that could cause this:

1. There is a CW Task which does not have a CW User (Started By) associated.
2. There is a CW Task of type Change Request which does not have a CW Change Request (Contains) associated to it.

Resolution:

Unfortunately, until that CW Task is deleted from the repository, those users will not be able to access their task list. This is because Evolve is expecting to find the data which it thinks it already created. However, we strongly advise you to contact your consultant or administrator to make sure this workflow has been configure correctly for you.
