NM: "Set Exchange Mailbox DB" - None found (4300531)

Issue

We click the "Set Exchange Mailbox DB" button from the User Provisioning section, but the list is empty.  How do we populate this list with the Exchange databases?

Solution

After configuring our product settings, did you go to view "Import Exchange MDbs" under the "Configuration" Section?
Click "Import Mailbox DBs from AD" button
This will populate the the list of dbs.
Clear the flag for any DBs you will not be assigning to your users.
Go to the "Set Mailbox MDB" view under "User Provisioning"
Click the "Set Exchange Mailbox DB" button
The list of databases will now display
