Cause

One or more folders in the archive for the mailbox contain archived items, but we have never archived items from the folder
Resolution

Support and Development recommend always making a backup of the current database prior to execution of any script(s) that may modify it. To resolve this problem run the following script on the ExchangeDB SQL database:
Update dbo.exchangepamfolders
Set isarchived = '1'
Note: If you are using a different table owner replace dbo with the correct table owner.
