Description
Attempting to log in to Sybase ASE from Quest Central tree view with the intention to connect to Sybase SQL Expert, the following error message appeared:
Ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Unable to find an available protocol driver structure -
Resolution
Search for the libct.dll in user's machine to see if there is multiple files exist. If yes, back up and rename the one not under the C:\Sybase\OCS-12 directory. Then try connect again.
