Azure SQL DB agents are no longer listed in the Database dashboard. They disappeared after trial license expired, but even after installing valid license, they're not restored.
Management Server logs show messages like these:
ERROR [FglAM:IncomingMessage[5]-17] com.quest.glue.adapter.service.handlers.TopologyDataHandler - No CDT could be found for the agent type DB_Azure_Database (DB_Azure_Database/5.9.7.20/DB_Azure_Database/servername.database.windows.net-dbname on [fglam.example.com/192.168.100.100]), the submitted data sample will be discarded. Perhaps the cartridge containing the CDT for this agent was disabled or uninstalled?
The DB_Azure and DB_Azure_UI cartridges get disabled when the license expires. Cartridges don't get enabled automatically when the new valid license is installed.
Agents are still listed in the Agent Status dashboard.
Enable the cartridges manually.
