SQL Server Cross Instances Availability Report is empty -
Description
Scheduled SQL Server Cross Instances Availability Report runs, but the report is empty some of the times it's run. Some other times, it will run normally.
Data Browser shows that the FMS_GV_Data object does not have GV_Observation as set. This is supposed to be located in Administration --> Management Server --> All Data[] --> GV_Data_Model[] --> fmsGVData --> clustersGlobalViewObs --> latest

Cause
The report uses DBWC_GV_GVClusterData data objects, but they're not present, because system:dbwc.loadGVData has not run. The rule Load GV Data might be disabled. -
Resolution
Enable Load GV Data rule.
- Navigate to Dashboards | Administration | Rules & Notifications | Rules
- From the Cartridge drop-down menu, select All Cartridges or DB_Global_View_UI
- Find the rule Load GV Data, click on the name and select Enable
