The “analyze config” command cannot be run on an active config.

Resolution
Do not activate the configuration before you run the analysis, and make certain there are no other active configurations when you run it.
To run analyze command to run on an active config:
1. Create a second SharePlex instance on source. See SharePlex Admin Guide chapter titled "Running the SharePlex Programs" section titled "Running multiple instances of SharePlex" for details on how to set this up.
2. Start the second instance using a port # other than that of the production SharePlex.
3. Create a config file containing tables you want to analyze and then run "analyze config" on it. You may want to run it for sufficiently long time to get a representative data sample.
4. Once the analyze finishes, the SharePlex queues will be gone. You can clean up other structures like SharePlex schema if you wish. To do so, run ora_cleansp on this new instance of SharePlex.
