Users who are provided access to Outlook via terminal server or Citrix remote app are unable to access archived emails

32-bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
64-bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Uninstall.

msiexec /i ADDLOCAL=OutlookVBScript /qb {90140000-0011-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}
(where the last GUID is the one found in the registry)
Running the command will display the MIS on the screen and it will install the missing DLL files and enable VB script support.
